Depending on your aspirations, interests and field of study, you will go through two to three job rotations to gain a wider perspective of our various businesses. You will also have the opportunity to be attached to our overseas subsidiaries in Australia.
You will be mentored by a member of our Senior Management to shorten your learning curve. Developmental programmes will be conscientiously planned throughout your career to prepare you for higher management roles through acquiring corporate management skills in finance and business.
