• Jemena's Sydney Primary Loop project won the Innovation in Utility Services Engineering Award at the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia (NSW) Annual Excellence Awards. Jemena's Sydney Water project won a Highly Commended Award in the same category and in the Environmental Enhancement Project/Initiative category.
• SP Services' Enterprise Business System (EBS) project, which improves billing and payment services to more than 1.1 million customers in Singapore, has clinched an ACE (Award of Customer Service Excellence) from SAP for Most Outstanding Project.
• For the fourth consecutive year, SP Services was ranked top among benchmarked service providers in Singapore for customer satisfaction.
• In a benchmarking study by KEMA, an international utility consultant, SP Services was highlighted for providing a high level of service when compared with other utility companies. SP Services' cost to serve per customer was found to be lowest among major utilities in USA, Europe, Australia and Asia.
