About Sembcorp’s Scholarship Program
Sembcorp’s Scholarship Programme offers diverse out-of-the-classroom learning opportunities for its participants. Your Scholarship Programme does not end at the scholar’s graduation or upon placement into a company within Sembcorp Industries.
Rather, we believe in grooming our scholars by providing opportunities for career advancement and we empower our scholars with other scholarships and sponsorships for further studies - given to those who perform well in the course of their work placements.
We also make it a point to continuously track each scholar’s career closely and to chart a comprehensive training and career development plan, together with the respective companies, to ensuring that our scholars are well-equipped for their future roles.
Unique to the Sembcorp Scholarship Programme is our Hippocampus Club, a dedicated social networking group set up exclusively for scholars. Social activities and gatherings are organized to allow Sembcorp scholars to network with each other, and to provide opportunities for them to meet up with senior management of our various businesses in Sembcorp.

Eligibility
- Excellent 'O', 'A' Level and/or Diploma results and a good record of participation in extra-curricular activities
- Leadership qualities
- Good analytical and communication skills
- A drive to excel
- Good character, willingness to be a team player and a high level of commitment
Current undergraduates with good results may also apply.
Candidates must not be receiving financial assistance from any other institutions.

Conditions of Award
Successful applicants will serve attachment within the Sembcorp group for a period of three to six years.
