- Good GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level / Diploma / International Baccalaureate (IB) results
- Gained admission or is likely to secure a place in a local university

Conditions of Award
Successful applicants are required to serve a 4-year bond and undergo a compulsory attachment of at least 8 weeks with LTA.
