MSI Global
A consultancy arm under the LTA, it provides multi-disciplinary consultancy for transport policies and strategies on issues facing policy makers and governments of various countries.

In this way, our people are therefore given valuable opportunities to be seconded to understudy and participate in infrastructure projects in other countries.

LTA Academy
This is our most recent achievement. Running hot on the heels of increasing numbers of learning visits by overseas delegations, the Academy aims to promote sharing of Singapore’s experience and expertise on land transport as well as research and exchange of best practices within the global land transport community.

Our people will likewise be able to receive quality training and establish an extensive network with their international counterparts.

LTA Personalised Ez-link Card
Staff will each be given a personalised ez-link card which allows free travel on buses, MRT and LRT up to a maximum of $120 each month. This card can be used on public buses and rail lines operated by SBS Transit and SMRT as well as City Shuttle Buses.

    Leave Entitlement Annual vacation leave - 14 to 18 working days
    Matrimonial leave - 3 working days
    Medical/Hospitalisation leave - 14/60 days
    Maternity leave - Up to 16 weeks
    Paternity leave - 3 working days
    Childcare leave - 6 working days per child aged 12 years and below, up to 15 working days per year
    Examination leave - Up to 3 working days per year
    Compassionate leave - 2 to 5 working days

Medical Benefits
All new employees are placed under the Medisave-cum-Subsidised Outpatient (MSO) Scheme.
Key features of the MSO Scheme are:

Staff gets an additional 1% of their gross salary paid into their Medisave, subject to a maximum of $70 a month in lieu of hospitalisation benefits.

For outpatient care, expenses at LTA’s panel clinics will be subsidised at 85% (for self) and 60% (for dependants) subject to a limit of $350 per calendar year.

Flexible Benefits Scheme
The Flexible Benefits Scheme offers a menu of benefit items to staff and allows them to be reimbursed on one or a combination of items purchased, of up to S$600 per financial year.

Insurance
24-hour worldwide coverage against death and permanent/partial disability as a result of accident - up to 36 times an officer’s last drawn monthly gross salary.
